Overall responsibility to ensure that the Management Team, and all other committees, fulfil responsibilities effectively.
Chair and set monthly Management Team meetings.
Keeps chorus apprised of the work of the Management Team and Committees with regular updates at rehearsals.
Takes the minutes at the monthly Management Team meetings, the AGM meetings. Uploads approved minutes to the chorus website.

Welcomes and introduces prospective members at rehearsals and maintains contact and follow up.
Follows up on members who are away for long absences.
Organizes annual member milestones and SA new membership registration,
Liaise with Music and Marketing Teams for membership drives.
Works closely with Membership team.

Overall responsibility for the finance of the chorus.
Oversees delegated responsibilities of collection of dues, fundscrip,
Monthly financial reports submitted at management team meetings.
Prepare the Budget for the coming year and Financial Report at year end to be audited.
Establish public relations and media contacts.
Presents marketing goals and objectives set forth with Management.
Oversees content with marketing team on all initiatives; advertising, flyers, posters, business cards, audio visuals, photos, regional newsletter, rehearsal livestream for Aquarantine FB.

Receives requests for performances and clears all details with the Director, Management Team and Chorus.
Acts as liaison between the Management Team and the Director in the planning of Chorus performances.
Handles technical details of performances with contact parties requesting a performance.
Looks for contact opportunities to promote our chorus for outside performances.
Greet prospective members and provide guest profile to complete and follow up.
Follow up once a member for photo, bio and emergency contact info.
